Carter Jonas has advised Endomag, a breast cancer surgical guidance company, on the relocation of its head quarters to the world renowned Cambridge Science Park.

Endomag is one of the UK's fastest growing private technology business and therefore future proofing for further growth potential was an essential criteria within the search and acquisition. The requirement included dry laboratories and warehouse area together with ground floor loading doors for van deliveries.

Carter Jonas supported Endomag in its acquisition of at 10-year lease of 20,386 sq. ft. over the ground floor and part of the first floor of 330 Cambridge Science Park. With the headcount set to increase by 60% by the end of 2022, this building provided the ideal space, with first refusal of additional space at the end of another tenant's term forming part of the agreement.
