Our development professionals we appointed by Watford Borough Council to review the financial viability assessment (FVA) in respect of a planning application at 94-98 St Albans Road.

The application was proposing to redevelop the site to provide a mixed-use scheme comprising of 1,214 residential units, flexible retail accommodation, a two-form entry primary school and nursery, and 210 car parking spaces.

Our specialists reviewed the scheme assumptions in addition to the benchmark land value and the application was granted planning permission.

The scheme will deliver 107 affordable homes in addition to the two-form entry primary school.
