BP International Business Park

Carter Jonas were instructed by Spelthorne Borough Council to provide a valuation for accounts purposes of the recently purchased BP Campus at Sunbury on Thames.

The site comprises 33 acres with 11 buildings equating to circa. 600,000 sq ft of high specification office accommodation, including a top of the range training and education centre as well as research facilities and laboratories.

The entire site is let on a number of leases and the site is held by the Council as an investment, with the combined valuation equating to in excess of £300,000,000. Carter Jonas undertook an inspection of the site and prepared a Red Book compliant report on the basis of Fair Value and in accordance with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
