Cautley Drive Killinghall

Carter Jonas’s Harrogate office were instructed by the landowner to secure Outline Planning Permission for 62 residential dwellings and the Leeds office were instructed in the sale of the site with Planning Permission.

The site is situated to the North West of Killinghall, approximately 2 miles to the North of Harrogate. Carter Jonas successfully secured Outline Planning Permission for the site, which was then brought to the market by Carter Jonas's Leeds office with the benefit of Planning Permission.

Linden Homes successfully purchased the site, which is now under development.
