Our northern commercial agency specialists were appointed to support Link Asset Services in establishing a new regional hub office of approximately 6,503 sqm (70,000 sq ft) to Grade A standard.

The search initially focused on Leeds, Huddersfield, and Wakefield, with Leeds city centre ending up as the preferred location, with consideration given to both new build and existing opportunities.

Our professionals successfully project managed the acquisition process to ensure that favourable terms and a significant incentive were achieved for the client who ended up securing 70,000 sq ft of offices at Central Square which is owned by M&G.
