The site is a multi faceted property and is semi vacant with a large footprint across 2 buildings. Both buildings have interesting features and a large amount of office content. The property also has on site parking for many vehicles.

Carter Jonas has overseen the filming on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council bringing large productions to the site from production companies such as Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon and Paramount.

The average hire fee charged to production companies has been £6,000 per day with a further £1,500 per day charged for use of the car park for a unit base.
