Since 2017, Carter Jonas has managed the various property assets that surround the John Wainwright and Co Ltd quarries.

The aims and objectives of our client are different to a traditional rural estate with quarrying being at the heart of the business, but all aspects work in harmony.

In recent years Carter Jonas has assisted with various strategic acquisitions alongside the estate management work and when required Carter Jonas Building Surveying team have been involved to undertake the necessary surveys.

The day-to-day management is ever evolving with new regulations like the Minimum Energy Efficiency Regulations and threats like Ash Dieback and Coronavirus.

There is an exciting future ahead with many opportunities for example adding value via planning opportunities, increase public access, consider renewable energy alternatives and enhancing biodiversity.
