The Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk and The Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk awarded its tender for Estates, Rating and Planning Consultancy Services to Carter Jonas following a competitive tender exercise. The appointment covers the entirety of the Norfolk and Suffolk police portfolios comprising operational properties ranging from police HQ’s at Wymondham on the outskirts of Norwich and Martlesham near Ipswich and including police stations, custody facilities, telecommunications sites and various training facilities dispersed across the counties.

Carter Jonas support the Commissioners in the delivery of their statutory, regulatory and business objectives including valuation, planning services, agency, landlord and tenant, rating, land surveying and strategic work. The account is resourced from our Eastern regional office in Cambridge.
