Grove Business Park in Oxfordshire is set in 32 acres of land, offering a range of existing office, laboratory, warehousing and storage spaces as well as bespoke new build opportunities.

The Park houses 25 companies across the main buildings and a further 60 businesses in the newly refurbished Business Centre in Boston House.

Carter Jonas provides the full service charge administration to the park from our Oxford office. We engage with our client's tenants on a frequent basis to assist with the smooth running of the park. Our regular site inspections allow us to closely monitor the contractors and ensure value for money is achieved.
