The Carter Jonas Northern Commercial Agency team were appointed on behalf of Teakwood Developments to provide market advice and agency on 111,170 sq ft of new build commercial space.

The development site consists of 4 individual plots including:

• Plot A – 61,000 sq ft - pre-sale to Envirovent

• Plot B – 31,170 sq ft speculative development of B1 – B8 business units

• Plot C – 12,000 sq ft pre-lease to BioClad

• Plot D – 10,000 sq ft pre-sale

Carter Jonas worked jointly with local property consultant Fordy Marshall Ltd to market Plot B and were successful in securing pre-lets on 80% of the space with the final 20% committing to the scheme within the first month post completion.

The scheme is now 100% let and Carter Jonas Leeds Property Management team have been appointed to manage the Estate.
