Carter Jonas has acted for Kärcher since 2012, advising on the acquisition of new stores across the UK.
Our professionals are currently searching for additional outlets from 3,000 to 13,000 sq ft in busy roadside locations. The requirement includes a showroom and a workshop, ex-car showrooms and trade counters with considerable glazing are preferable.
Current targets include Birmingham, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, the central belt of Scotland and north London to name a few.
We have also advised on Kärcher’s recent rent review on their Bristol showroom.
