The parcel of land is situated within the extensive grounds of a Grade II Listed former Estate and benefitted from an historic, but already implemented Planning Consent for 20 private dwellings.
The houses are designed to be high end luxury units, commensurate with their setting. We marketed the property and conducted a competitive bid process, which resulted in us disposing of the Holding Company which held the land as an asset.
