We acted on behalf of a farming client to dispose of this former farmyard in a popular Wiltshire Market Town with good access to the M4. The site is in an elevated position and has been in the family for generations.

The land had sat vacant for many years and over time, all the surrounding land had gained planning consent and been built on.

Detailed planning consent for 10 private dwellings on circa 1.3 acres (0.53 hectare).

A marketing campaign was carried out by Carter Jonas seeking unconditional offers, and the site received a great deal of interest culminating in several strong bids.

The selected developer exchanged and completed contracts within 6 weeks and we look forward to seeing the resulting houses.
