The Carter Jonas Northern Commercial Agency team were appointed on behalf of Marrtree to provide market advice and agency on 70,000 sq ft of new build business units over two phases.

Phase 1 comprises 15 speculatively built business units providing trade counter/business accommodation ranging in size from 1,617 – 8,161 sq ft. Carter Jonas worked jointly with local property consultant Fordy Marshall Ltd to market phase 1 and have secured 100% occupancy. Current occupiers include Screwfix, Toolstation, Motor Parts Direct and Dufton plumbers merchants.

Phase 2 Comprises another 10 units ranging in size from 1,604 – 10,500 sq ft. with Practical Completion September 2022. Following on from the success of Phase 1, Carter Jonas are retained to market the opportunity.
