The Carter Jonas Northern Commercial Agency team were appointed on behalf of Civic Engineers Ltd to acquire new offices in Leeds City Centre. We were instructed to identify office space comprising 3,000 – 4,000 sq ft.
We provided an extensive availability schedule and coordinated viewings of multiple options before deciding that 1 Saw Mill was the most suitable. We were ultimately able to secure attractive lease terms for our client and ensured that within tight timescales occupation was secured as required. We also utilised the services of our Building Surveying colleagues who undertook a pre-acquisition survey.
