Carter Jonas worked with Oval Medical Ltd on the acquisition and fit-out of a new office and research building.

The Building Consultancy team provided technical due diligence on the lease acquisition of the new mixed office and research building. This advice was followed with a project management role in managing the landlord communication and licence to alter process, as well chairing design meetings for the fit-out of offices and workshop space.

We advised on procurement, put in place a design and build construction contract and managed the fit out from inception ensuring a soft landing and snagging the works on completion.
