Prime London retail for fashion brand

Following a new request from a repeat client, the Carter Jonas London Valuation team have once again provided valuation advice in accordance with the RICS Red Book to a private overseas individual in relation to a prime central London retail property on the world-renowned New Bond Street, as part of an internal strategic review.

Having been previously valued by our London Commercial Valuation experts in both January 2018 and September 2023, the subject property comprises a mid-terraced, six-storey building with retail accommodation to all floors with the exception of the top floor which is arranged as office accommodation. In light of recent reports that New Bond Street holds the title of being the world's most expensive retail destination for the first time, this instruction marked an exciting opportunity to closely analyse a variety of recent prime retail lettings and transactions in the local area, before adopting an appropriate opinion of Market Rent and yield which ultimately produced a Market Value in excess of £100,000,000.
