The Residence

Appointed by P J Livesey, our brief for the former Terry’s Chocolate Factory was to effectively support and manage the Sales & Marketing function of The Residence.

Carter Jonas were tasked to adopt a sensible and realistic approach to the pricing of the units, phase the releases, and effect the sales of 163 properties within the agreed timescale of 18 months, with a monthly target of 9 unit sales. We launched the development on Saturday 9th/Sunday 10th April 2016 and effected the brief within a 12-month period averaging 13 to 15 sales per month. P J Livesey and Carter Jonas formed an enviable partnership.
