The Woodhall Estate

At Carter Jonas we have worked with The Woodhall Estate in Hertfordshire for filming purposes. Over the past 12 months the site has generated over £100,000 to the landowners.

The site is a multi faceted estate and has a mix of vacant properties, woodlands and land with a large footprint across 7,000 acres. The property also has on site parking for many vehicles.

Carter Jonas has overseen the filming on behalf of The Woodhall Estate bringing large productions to the site from production companies such as Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon and BBC productions.

The average hire fee charged to production companies has been £5,000 per day with a further £1,500 per day charged for use of the car park for a unit base.
