Carter Jonas national retail, leisure and hotel team have successfully acquired an off market 1,800 sq ft drive thru unit on the edge of Bury St Edmunds. On behalf of 23.5 degrees t/a Starbucks.
They have also acquired an 80 bed hotel on behalf of Travelodge Hotels Limited. The site was identified by the team for both Starbucks and Travelodge as occupiers.
Negotiations took place with local developer NHP Developments resulting in the team acquiring both the drive thru and a 80 bed hotel for each client.
