Our professionals in Birmingham have provided valuation advice on an investment portfolio of 15 commercial properties located around the county of Staffordshire. The portfolio comprises a mixture of retail, residential and office accommodation owned by a family-run company with a proactive management scheme in place.
Assets within the subject portfolio were heavily weighted towards retail, yet the properties were mainly represented by neighbourhood retail parades which despite the ongoing retail downturn, still traded well and were very well occupied.
