Carter Jonas is retained by Peel Water Services, part of the Peel Group of companies (Peel), to provide a specialist valuation of water rights associated with the Peel owned Manchester Ship Canal.
Carter Jonas used its knowledge in the valuation of other infrastructure / environmental assets to provide advice where there is currently no established market for sales or purchases of similar rights.
