Our professionals were originally retained as a joint agent to acquire premises to create a chain of Virgin Media shops in 2007.
We advised on the acquisition of high street and shopping centre shops and mall kiosks throughout the UK, securing sites from Aberdeen to Plymouth and Swansea to Ipswich as well as some in Belfast.
We were later instructed on lease consultancy to include re-gears, rent reviews and lease renewals and in recent years, the disposals of surplus sites.
The work finally ended when Virgin Media announced the closure of the entire chain in 2021.
