Warehouse Acquisition Manchester

The Carter Jonas Northern Commercial Agency team were appointed on behalf of Scope to acquire a new industrial warehouse to provide storage / distribution premises within a 5 mile radius of Manchester City Centre.

We were instructed to identify a warehouse providing approx. 20,000 sq ft. Having provided an extensive search of the market to assess availability, the premises at Westlink was identified as being suitable.

The unit was to be comprehensively refurbished by the landlord prior to lease commencement. It was therefore necessary to secure attractive lease terms for our client Scope whilst ensuring the programme for refurbishment was completed in a timely manner to enabled our client to take occupancy within their preferred timescales. We were ultimately able to secure attractive lease terms for our client and ensured that within tight timescales occupation was secured as required.
