On behalf of L&Q, as well as strategic promoters Cirrus Land and landowner consortium G120, Carter Jonas is leading the promotion of the UK’s largest new garden community.

Working in conjunction with the local authorities across North Essex, as well as their delivery company NEGC Ltd, the delivery team is seeking to deliver a comprehensive planned new settlement under the garden community principles.

L&Q controls land sufficient to deliver approximately 17,000 homes as part of a comprehensive planned garden community, alongside requisite social infrastructure, and employment land. Carter Jonas has been assisting with an evolving strategy that has contended with the Local Plan production process, the potential use of local authority-led development corporations, and the risk of CPO.
