Wimbledon Grounds Operational Living Multi Family

In 2022, Carter Jonas was appointed as letting and managing agent for over 170 units at the iconic Wimbledon Grounds development in South West London.

The development comprised of multiple buildings each with high-spec units, comprising one, two and three-bedroom lateral apartments and some three-bedroom duplex apartments with gardens.

Our initial task was to define a robust marketing strategy across two stages in order to find tenants for the building, we advised the client with sensible pricing and arranged for a selection of show apartments to be dressed for marketing purposes.

Our strategy resulted in the rapid leasing of multiple units by our local Wandsworth office within the first month, followed by a successful leasing up and stabilisation.

Our South West London property management team is managing all the tenancies, liaising with the wider estate management and providing all tenancy, property, block and community management services to our residents.
