The Business Innovation Centre, Binley, was built as part of a joint venture between Coventry City Council, Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and the University of Warwick to help grow local knowledge and high-tech companies.

This cutting-edge building was designed to support the expansion of start-up, and small businesses led by innovation and technology, which will be essential to the local economy.
