Epsom is a town within the county of Surrey 20 miles South of Central London. The town has very good transport links being only 4 miles from the A3 connecting straight to Central London and 4 miles from the M25 providing excellent access to the wider National motorway network.

Epsom also provides fantastic regular railway links into Central London with the railway station only an 8 minute drive away. Heathrow Airport is 27 miles North of the subject sites and Gatwick Airport 20 miles South, both airports being international airports providing global connections.
