30% less embodied carbon
30% lower energy consumption
40% reduction in glazing
20% increase in natural ventilation

These elements significantly exceed standard office building benchmarks.

Designed with wellness and accessibility in mind, Hemisphere Two will offer a wellness studio, outdoor workspaces, and 166 secure cycle spaces with e-bike charging stations-all to encourage healthy, sustainable commuting.

As part of the Liverpool City Region's Innovation Zone, Hemisphere Two will play a vital role in creating a thriving ecosystem for life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.
