Carter Jonas has launched a new residential office in Southfields, London. The office is located at 24 Replingham Road, in the heart of SW18, and will specialise in residential sales, lettings and new homes. The opening marks the ninth site of Carter Jonas in the capital.

Charlie Streatfeild, who has over 20 years of experience in the property industry, joins Carter Jonas as the office's Head of Sales and will lead the six-strong team. He was previously at Marsh and Parsons, overseeing its sales departments in Battersea and the wider South West London markets.

Living locally, Streatfeild is well-established in the area and is known for his exceptional customer service, founded on a comprehensive knowledge of the local markets, ensuring clients are informed at each step of the sales process.

Victoria Boyson, who has been with Carter Jonas for eight years, will lead the lettings business in the new office. She has moved from Carter Jonas' Marylebone team and is known for her welcoming manner and skilled negotiation.
