Do you have land with development potential in Buckinghamshire?

Buckinghamshire Council is currently seeking land with development potential via a ‘Call for Sites’.

This is an open invitation to landowners, developers, agents to submit potentially suitable and newly available sites for all types of housing and commercial development within Buckinghamshire Council. The exercise will allow the Council to gain a further understanding of the land available for development and potential inclusion in the emerging Buckinghamshire Local Plan.

Please note, sites that have already been submitted to one of the previous three Call for Sites exercises do not need to be resubmitted – unless there has been a material change in circumstances.

The deadline for submissions is 23.59pm on Wednesday 23 April 2025.
