Overview
Within the Carter Jonas Asset Valuations team we also have specialists who regularly undertake the valuation of specialist assets such as land, institutional buildings and other operational assets.
Because of Carter Jonas’s broad range of expertise, we are able to undertake asset valuations of mixed-use portfolios, including, commercial, residential, agricultural, leisure, land and specialist institutional assets all within the same team.
The range of clients include private individuals, property companies, local authorities, government agencies, family trusts, and registered charities.
