ESG and CSR

Each arrangement is a bespoke relationship between the business or organisation benefiting from the ESG and the landowner/farmer who will provide the land and land management to meet the requirements.

At Carter Jonas Natural Capital Exchange we hold details of landowners/farmers willing to enter arrangements in this arena.

Our process is to understand your business’s ESG requirements then to match you with the most appropriate land manager to meet your objectives. It may be that linking biodiversity gain and carbon capture together are your requirements or it may be that the social element of ESG is more important to you with the scheme needing to provide your staff with a real experience be it through group work activities on site or leisure based opportunities.

Carter Jonas Natural Capital Exchange can also be used to add value to your employees experience within your firm as we can offer the ability for employees to double up on the firm/organisations input by fund matching.

Because each scheme is different the process is much more involved and once we have an outline of your requirements we will work with you to develop a scheme.

Similarly with regards to land managers who want to provide habitat sites, these can be specifically designed to meet your own internal policy requirements such as a wish to carry on some form of farming or conversely to move towards rewilding.
