We work closely with our commercial colleagues at Carter Jonas who have intimate local knowledge of commercial markets across the country.

This approach ensures a strong, multidisciplinary approach grounded in commercial reality and a detailed understanding of market demands and site requirements.

We have developed several commercial-led proposals for either promoter or developer clients who required costed and compelling proposals to deliver commercial floor space in a variety of locations, including for sites around Cambridge, Maidenhead and in East Cambridgeshire.

We also assist various public sector clients in maximising their site assets and developing visions for existing site assets to help generate future value or to support bid proposals for sites on the market.

We ensure that prior to the development of any masterplan we have a clear, detailed brief of the required uses and facilities for a given site, and work in partnership with our commercial colleagues to test potential development options as part of the process.
