The Carter Jonas Building Consultancy Team worked together with the Residential Investment Team to provide technical due diligence advice in regard to a number of residential properties.

The services were provided on tight timescales and for a number of properties being purchased as an investment in the Cambridge market.

The Building Consultancy Team subsequently assisted in renovating and refurbishing the properties where necessary to reduce maintenance and see rental income maximised.
