Acquisition Survey for Stud Farm

Carter Jonas was instructed to undertake an acquisition survey of a leading stud farm including a manager’s house and staff accommodation.

The stud farm is set in 217 acres of prime grazing land, accommodating 88 boxes.

Accommodation comprised traditional flint cottages and pre-war bungalows.

The site is well set up to offer treatment and rehabilitation as well as pre-race training. Therapies and treatment were offered through a range of converted buildings with state of the art dedicated boxes.
