Calder Park

Carter Jonas, acting on behalf of Highways England, secured a pre-let of 30,000 sq ft of new build Grade A office space at Calder Park in Wakefield after agreeing a 15-year lease with park owner, Peel L&P.

The office space will comprise a two-storey building and is set to open in early 2021. The space will accommodate a number of Highways England’s operational staff responsible for managing the road network across Yorkshire.

Carter Jonas were responsible for advising Highways England throughout the search and acquisition process. The instruction involved our agents working closely with our architect and building surveying professionals in order to finalise and agree the specification of the new building.
