Frost and Sullivan Relocation

Carter Jonas were instructed to relocate Frost & Sullivan UK headquarters to new offices capable of accommodating approximately 60 desks.

Frost & Sullivan Ltd. occupied a self-contained office building of approximately 13,000 sq ft within Victoria and required good links to Heathrow for its International clients. Due to increasing office rents within Victoria, West London was identified as a location which offered good access to Heathrow and value for money. Increased working efficiencies meant the client was able to accommodate its office requirement within approximately 6,000 sq ft.

Suitable premises were identified and secured within Chiswick Park, W4, representing a large financial saving for the client.
