The current Barnet Trading Estate is a run down and partially derelict brown field site.
The proposed residential scheme utilizes a sloping topography to provide integrated undercroft car parking and a north-south orientation - to provide passive solar gain to the apartments.
The site is designed to give preference to the pedestrian and ensure that all apartments benefit from private outside space and also have a view into landscaped public outside areas.
