Norma Products Offices
New Greenham Park, Berkshire
This 3,900 sqm factory and office building for a German automotive components manufacturer was completed in July 2006 as the first part of a two-phase development.
The steel production and warehouse area is divided into four working compartments, each with a clear operating height of 12 metres, and is clad with a profiled metal composite panels. The two storey office area, which fronts the industrial building is clad with purpose made curtain walling and integral brise soleil.
Originally designed by Carter Jonas as a speculative building for the New Greenham Trust, the scheme was substantially modified following planning consent to suit the tenants specific requirements.
