Mayfield House, Oxford
Mayfield House is in the heart of Summertown, Oxford and was chosen as the new home for Carter Jonas’ regional professional services team.
The team have moved into a contemporary open plan environment, with a spacious workplace, centralised business support services and integrated storage solutions.
A flexible meeting room suite with demountable acoustic walls has been created, enabling it to open into a single seminar room. This space also opens into the reception area - providing an excellent environment for client entertainment and event hosting.
More recently, the client relocated their residential agency business to the ground floor of Mayfield House and we introduced a connecting stair between two spaces.

In 2020, Carter Jonas was appointed to provide lettings and management services on a Hearthstone portfolio of new build residential properties across four sites in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire. Our role involved the full cycle of letting and management services, from marketing the properties and securing tenants on the best terms, to property management.
