CJ Locations is a specialist service line from Carter Jonas, dedicated to sourcing exceptional locations for Film, TV, Photography, and Events across the UK.
We offer a bespoke service to new and existing clients which offers your property as a location to production companies. Once you sign up with us, we agree to represent your property for a twelve month period, so that all enquiries for filming will go through us to facilitate.
We will then add your property to our library of locations, promote your location through our website and database, and arrange viewings from interested parties for potential use for production
When your location is chosen for production we will negotiate everything for you, including fees, hire agreements and insurance cover. We will also work with you and the production company to ensure everything goes smoothly during production including on site support.
We ensure you are paid in advance of any hire and retain large security deposits from the production company ensuring peace of mind for our property owners in case of any damage.
After production is finished, we will liaise with you to make sure that everything is reinstated as it should be.
